Rankings are based on the popularity of each song during the period of 1950 through 1969.

Connie Francis leads all artists on the list with 17 hits, followed by Herman's Hermits with eleven and Hank Williams with ten. Kama Sutra recording act The Lovin' Spoonful has seven songs on the list, followed by Joni James and Eric Burdon's band The Animals with six apiece. The company's peak came in the mid-'60s with a successful combination of U.S. and U.K. rock acts. 1966 was the top year with 15 hits, followed by 1965 with ten.
